Happy Easter

Happy Easter 2008 from good ol' SLC

We had a great Easter vacation in SLC. So many hours of play with cousins, multipul Easter egg hunts and even a time to splash in the pool.

Love the morning hair for the Easter pictures. Chloe did very well with picking up the eggs, but then was distracted by what was inside of them. Who knew the Easter bunny would send the coolest treats ever...cheerios, gold fish, teddy grahams, and Chloe's favorite, "mallows" in the shapes of bunnies. She ate those as soon as she found them.

Here we are. Not the best family picture, but of course we were in a hurry and Chloe was in desperate need of a nap. Our miracle for the day was Chloe's 4 hour nap. Yes, 4 hours. This poor girl has been running like crazy on this visit. The amazing part is you would never know she was so sleep deprived. Such a sweetheart through all the fun, lack of naps, and late nights.

More to come from our trip, soon...

Okay, can we just say that Pic #2 is the.spitting.image.of Mike? As my brother said once re: one of Zoe's photos, "Holy family resemblance!" :) Glad you're home!

I can't believe how prompt you are at posting things on your blog. I'm hoping to have our Easter vacation stuff posted by um, maybe mid April. Anyway it was good to see you!

Wish I could have hunted for some eggs with you guys. From the looks of all of the cousins blogs and yours that it was a super fun time. Maybe next year! LOVE

Her hair cracks me up! I love it! We were so sad we missed you. The girls started tossing cookies on Sunday night. We are doomed not to get quality Jodi time! I hope you guys had a ton of fun!

I hear you on the "rushing to take a family picture" thing. Have you seen our attempts lately? I'm convinced it can't be done until they're at least 4 or 5. Thanks for calling last week, I'll be in touch soon!
