We are officially to one week and counting. I know the little ticker to the left says 2 weeks but my dear sweet doctor has taken pity on my hugeness and agreed to induce me a week early. Praise be! I am huge. At my appointment yesterday when I was measured, all I got was a sigh and a "yes, he is a big baby" comment. Oh, how I know that right now. She didn't give me the number but last week I measured 42 and 1/2 weeks so, you know it was a couple more to that this week. We had another ultrasound on the 12th and his cheeks are ginormous. I can't wait to see and kiss them. The rest of the boy is also big. I just hope he comes in less than Chloe's 9lb 3oz! But I am not so sure that will happen. Still no name, although we have started a list. These boy names are really hard to choose!
Chloe and I have spent most of the week away from Mike. The poor guy came down with the awful flu going around. So we decided it was best if only one person in the family had to deal with it. Chloe and I had 3 nights of sleep-overs at Nana and Papa's house and they were very gracious to welcome us back after 5 months of living with them. We are home now and Mike is feeling like himself again. I am very grateful for everyone that helped us out while dealing with this. But we are most happy that neither Chloe nor I got sick. Fingers crossed we got all the flu germs cleaned out of the house!

I am so excited for you and to see that cute chubby cheeked boy!
Yes, yes, stay healthy! I got a nasty cold at 37 weeks and was so grateful it wasn't any later than that...but the flu right before you're set to be induced is terrible. Glad you have somewhere to go! And oh honey, you must be feeling so uncomfortable. I'm so grateful for your sake that you know your end date, and that it's so close! Hooray! I can't wait to see photos and to find out what name you pick!!! Thinking of you.
We're excited for that baby to make an appearance. Can't wait to see him.
